Behind the Learning: Phillip Henslee
I help newly promoted supervisors, team leads, and first-line managers of technical and professional teams build the people skills nobody taught them — so they can lead the team they used to work alongside.
I founded Agile Leadership Learning to solve a specific corporate challenge: bridging the gap between technical proficiency and elite people leadership. My mission is to provide professional teams with a scalable, practical framework for growth that translates directly to organizational results.
With over 27 years of experience in technical compliance, professional development, and leadership at scale, I design end-to-end learning ecosystems. My approach moves beyond traditional "training" by combining high-fidelity e-learning and custom-produced content with measurable, results-focused curricula.
I don't just teach leadership concepts; I’ve engineered them in high-stakes business environments. Having led teams through complex change and built high-performance cultures from the ground up, I ensure every learning experience is grounded in reality and directly aligned with how modern teams actually function. I provide the practical tools leaders need to drive team velocity and professional excellence.
